Shipping Info
All sales are final. Orders cannot be modified or adjusted once they are placed. If you need an order combined, please reach out via email ASAP.
We only ship within the contiguous United States, and are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii nor internationally. Orders placed with a delivery address outside of the United States will be canceled and refunded.
Processing times for orders are 3-5 business days. We are a small family-run business and do our best to keep orders sent in a timely manner. All orders are processed in the order they are received, which includes time to pull, clean, pack and prepare your shipment for courier delivery.
If your order gets returned to us for any reason, we can re-ship the order, but you will have to pay the amount to ship the order again.
UPS/USPS Service
This website is set-up for shipping with either UPS or USPS. UPS 3-day and Faster/USPS Priority has been the most consistent for me. 72-Hour Heat Packs are available on our site for an additional $5 charge if necessary.
Weather and Delays
Please take a look at your local temps and forecast prior to placing your order. We ship to all destinations year-round, and it is the buyer's responsibility to make a conscious decision when deciding to order plants during times of extreme weather. Heat packs are available for $5 on our website, please add one to your order if your temps are consistently below 45F.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping, especially if you choose a slower service. We recommend choosing either UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2-day for the most reliable service. Should any issues occur, please take an unboxing video or photos of the delivery and notify us via email at andy@agetropicals.com within 2 hours of the delivery time. Replacements are subject to availability and will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Dates
Plants will typically be shipped Monday-Wednesday. If an order is made Tuesday or later, it will most likely be shipped the following week.
