This website is set-up for continental US shipping only with either UPS or USPS. UPS 3-day and Faster/USPS Priority has been the most consistent for me. 72-Hour Heat Packs are available on our site for an additional $5 charge if necessary.

Shipping Dates

Plants will typically be shipped Monday-Wednesday. If an order is made Tuesday or later, it will most likely be shipped the following week.

Requests

There are many plants in my collection that are not shown on our website. Please feel free to reach out for any requests. 

A 72-hour heat pack can be added to your order for $5. These are crucial and mandatory for shipments going to an area that is experiencing temperature below 45 degrees F. Please search "Heat Pack" in the search bar of our website to add one to your order.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of shipping, delays and cosmetic damage may occur. Should any issues occur upon delivery, please contact me within 4 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos to discuss solutions.
